1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of research-use materials, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. No returns or refunds for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Customer ordering errors

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Description
- Photos

We may replace or issue store credit.

3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages after delivery confirmation.

4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.

5. Chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree to our Payment Dispute Policy.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and refuse future service.
